OEM if you can get them, there are good replacement bags available, usually from UK sellers.
FYI, I had Lovell 4" coils and bilstein shocks on my D2(AKA slunnies setup) great combination, especially when loaded and touring.

So I can get my hands on the SLS system that was removed and will reinstall and put new bags in, should I do a 30mm raise or just leave standard and if I do will I need longer bags?
This will govern what coils I get for the front also.
Remember with the standard SLS setup it has extended height mode for the rare times you need that little bit of extra clearance. So if it's for general touring I would keep standard hight but with heavy duty front coils. And fit taller tyres eg 245/75s. Then you have normal full suspension travel and great handling. Billies are not expensive from the UK at the moment as are OEM shocks. Go for Contitech air springs.
Update
Just installed the EFS Elite shocks all round yesterday.
I'll be booking into the dentist on Monday to have all my fillings replaced!!!
Talk about bumpy!!!! I know my original LR shocks were stuffed and oil but you'd think a suspension manufacture could make a shock that was firm and comfortable at the same time!!!!
So if your considering EFS and like a smooth ride think again.
Now anyone want a good set of used once shocks!!!
In all seriousness can someone suggest a comfy shock? It's only money right!!
Koni i have found to be a very smooth comfy shock.
