It sure does. I run 16" wheels. The braking system uses all standard size replacement parts to what was standard. The parts are all just higher performance parts.

any other reference particularly with the front pads - doing a search with the part # pictured comes up blank. or conflicting info. i noticed that there were 2 different #s on the rear

Doing an ebay search shows some from Germany but curiously part # comes up the same for disco 1 and 2 surely these are not the same
can anyone clarify. Thanks in advance !

I just checked and the part numbers still look correct. The fronts are D2 specific and the rears can be used in either D2 or P38 Range Rover. You might be better off looking at UK suppliers rather than EBay, I’m pretty sure EBC are from England.

    Hi Tony,

Yes, still very happy with the pads. They're a pad (and rotor setup) I would most definately buy and do again.

I mean they don't pull up like the Brembos on my Audi, but it is the best brake setup the Disco has had with great power, bite and capacity when towing off the mountains.

The pads are pretty dusty, much like how the standard LandRover pad was dusty. I think that might just be a part of the show with having a high performance pad.

In terms of wear, the pads are still in and going well. But, to be fair it isn't my daily driver any more and it spends the majority of its time on the highway.
    Cheers

Funny you should say this. The Audi just delaminated and spat out a brake lining. The backing plate is still in the caliper, the friction material on one pad is just gone! That was a Brembo pad too!

Don't see that every day. Any obvious cause, or was it a faulty pad? Probably worthy of investigation by the supplier. Could be a bad batch. Not even Brembo are perfect I guess.

EDIT: Not everything is as it seems. Economics I guess. But it does leave open the possibility of knock offs as well. Not saying that actually happens, but we've all seen it before.

The service guy at Audi was saying that there was a faulty batch that went through about 4 years ago, which is about right, where their dealership had cars spitting Brembo linings at about 8000km. I can only guess I got pads from the same batch. Interestingly I note the replacement VAG pads are made by TRW.
