Anyone had a leak from top of fuel tank?

Very slight weep? Fuel pump replaced a few months ago. Slight weep running down from above the steel strap that hold tank in and down side. From memory all fittings are accessible when the carpet is lifted up?

    Cheers

Did you fit a new seal with the new pump? Just asking from experience fter having a number of LR 'mechanics' fit a new pump but keeping the old seal & wondering why it leaks soon after.

That could well be it .

When I was doing the warranty claims for a LR dealership, I'd often find the mechanic replaced a pump without fitting a new seal.
I'd hold the job card open for a week or so & then hand it back to him when the car came back in (and it nearly always did). A 2nd fuel tank related claim in a matter of weeks was never going to go through.

Always fit a new seal, the supplier should have given you one.

Another possibility if one of the fuel line connectors are not seated correctly.
The fuel lines can also rub through causing a leak - but you would have more than a weep happening.

I would pull the carpet up, and start the vehicle and see if their are any visible leaks first.

You usually end up with the entire back door covered in diesel when that happens, and a nice pool on the ground when U stop moving
