Thread: D1 windscreen plenum fit d2?

I can double check for you tomorrow(daylight! .. too dark now).

But just to be 100% sure I'm checking the correct bits/parts ... is it the actual large black plastic trim cover you want to check?
if so, I'm 99.9% sure it won't.

A short while back, I had to take that cover off on my D2 to fix many small and one large crack down the middle.
All fixed and reinforced, I wanted to check to see how it looked compared to my D1, and while it looks similar, the edge finishes, where they meet the front wing guards are different. And have slightly different mounting types.

Note tho that I only 'overlayed' the D2 cover on top of the perfectly fine D1 cover(still in place), but it looked as tho the D2 cover would need trimming to fit into the D1's space
(vise versa, it would appear that the D1 looks a little shorter at the sides to fit properly into the D2.

You won't really find a heap one second hand as they all tend to be broken.
