    Rear Passenger Locks

    My rear passenger door locks do not open with the remote nor the internal lock/unlock switch, but do lock with the remote as they should, as well as opening with the internal door release lever. Any ideas?

    The actuators might be both gone, it's not impossible at all, unlock once, open the door, put your ear on the door card near the actuator and unlock few times with fob...if you hear any activity in there then you need new actuators, if it's compete silence we'll speak again
