    which wire under dash goes to electric brake control unit?

    Hi guys, we are trying to find where to join the stoplight/ red wire under the dash on the brake pedal switch?

    Vehicle is a 2002 d2.

    In C0484/0102 pin 9 - GP(green/purple trace) wire is the brakes on signal for brake lamps operation or if you think it's easyer for you the same colour wire in the brake pedal switch's plug

    Andy, Russ, and I ended up getting it done. I second guessed my googling, and turns out the failure to chooch was due to a possible dodgy brake controller.
    All working as intended now.
    I spliced into the wire on the brake switch connector end (not C0484 / 9), but same/same!
