Did you ever check if the pump stops required extending? I have just purchased some Bilstein +2" myself from LRA and Andrew said the stock bump stops are fine. Les Richmond Automotive sell White Tiger 50mm bump dropper kit which will push the standard bump stop 50mm down. I use these on the rear SLS airbags of my 3" lifted vehicle.
Alternatively on eBay there are orange urethane extended bump stops manufacturers by a UK mob, Flo something, which extend the bump stop around 30mm or so. I use these on the front of my 3" lifted vehicle.

Cut of locating tab to allow bracket to swing to optimal angle, tightened bracket at new position.
