Thread: Reset BCU?

There's no such thing like hard reset for the BCU with the battery dont do that, go with nanocom into "Alarm-other" - "Hazards option" and set to "ALL" the after you saved the setting turn ignition off, wait 15 seconds without unplugging nanocom, unplug nanocom, turn ignition on, off again then try to seen if they work or not.... double check all the settings before you exit cos nanocom used to make changes on it's own without request

mine is set to single push-unlock all,, but still flashes three times

The hazards operation is a separate setting not conditiined by the central door locking's setup

I did this, twice, no change. :-(
It was set at "ALL" before I started. I'll give it a go saving it to a different setting and then back to "ALL"

hi Julian when I change my td 5 to stop superlock from working with the nanocom mine does not do the 3 flashes any more but i think it used to do it before I change it as it was the only setting that I have changed so far.

That's a very good point, i forgot about that, yes, the hazards operation is conditioned by the superlock setting too, they are supposed to flash 3 times ONLY on superlock command and flash once on normal lock so @Bohica, if you want them to flash on first button push on the fob you must go in "Transm-lock warn" and set the superlock to "Single" ...though be aware that if the vehicle is superlocked and a door lock actuator fails you'll not be able to unlock that door unless you remove the door card and strip the actuator in situ.... happened to me then i disabled superlock completely on mine

Well the drivers door actuator is newish and the others have been on push twice to unlock until I got my nanocom.

You can't use the Nanocom to remove the superlock?
