15W40 is not even in the list of recommended oils for Td5, if the engine has low oil pressure it should be diagnosed and mechanically fixed rather that filling it with "thin grease" , it's a EUI(PD) engine not some tractor and as long as there are oils dedicated for such engines on the market IMO the best is to use one of that to prolonge the engine's life to maximum possible
