Front side lights are orange not white.

As the title says, The front side lights are orange, very dull, on both sides. The front indicators and headlights are bright. I'm guessing an earth problem. If so what earth do I look at?
If not an earth problem, what is it?

    Thanks

Before I had a Land Rover I did not have any torque wrenches. Now I have three.

Change the bulbs as they go black over time.

Every so often I find someone who has installed 24V globes into their light fittings instead of 12V ones.

    It's an energy saving measure.
