Front windows "One Touch Down"

I'll add that the switch is fiddly to operate and doesn't feel particularly robust, My car is also an HSE.

Here's the official operation mode from the manual, they are all the same, that 0.4 second thing is the gist of it

Can the switch be rewired so that auto down becomes auto up
