My ignition key will lock my doors but pressing the open button nothing happening. Took key to bits and found a bit broken off the circuit board. So now when i unlock with key in door the alarm goes off

Hawkeye will work only with the long barcode supplied with new keys not with the short one from inside, i've seen posts where the code generator worked but i've tried twice with hawkeye without success so it's a lottery, i mean this: disco2_fobcode_2_Barcode.xlsxOriginally Posted by laney

I had the same problem when i bought my D2, I bought 2 switches from jaycar cost 1.90 soldered them. Fixed it but it tends to only work when the key is right next to the car window but hey better then the alarm going off every time. Also better then $700 from Land Rover or $300 for something from the UK options.
