Thread: What Engine Oil

My td5 is due for engine oil change ,up to now i have used Penrite 5w40 semi synthetic , but saw full synthetic 5w40 is there any benefits using full synthetic over semi synthetic, or stay with the semi,

Centrifuge filter there is quite a bit of differences in price, land Rover charge like a Bull at a gate and others charge a hell of a lot less ,is there any difference in them, does the dearer one clean oil any better
