Reply With QuoteBeen a while since I did it but I'm pretty sure the ones near the doors you can just pull out. Centre ones I am struggling to remember, but I think are part of the centre console fascia so never had them apart.
Top one pulls out, has a clip thing which holds it in (until you pull it out and stuff breaks off).
The front facing ones all have a foam ring around them to seal against the ducting, it will probably be little more than gunk, hope and dust at this stage, I replaced with the door draft foam stick on stuff, a few layers of.
