I am interested if yours does work.
My first one from them didn’t work, so I purchased a second one. Still no luck,I have forwarded them onto another aulroian to see how he goes but he hasn’t had any luck either. I had purchased a new key from them for our D3 which worked well, hence why I thought maybe a bad batch.

Sorry buddy no I don’t, I’m from Horsham don’t know anyone down that way. Mine didn’t work unfortunately, there is a listing on here somewhere as to whom has nanocom in what areas thou, I just can’t recall where exactly.
Rob
Just had a look at the new key and its completely different - the PCB only had components on one side where as the original has it on both. One other thing i notice the original doesnt have a component in back cover (little rectangular slot/space) whereas the ebay does have something in it. Back to ebay for a refund....hopefully.
I haven’t heard back from them as yet and I sent em back 2 weeks ago, bit more patience I suppose.
Hi All,
I have a relatively simple question, to which I'd like to know the answer.
When a new D2 was sold, I presume that it came with two Remote Key Fobs.
My question is: do these two (original) key fobs have exactly the same 6-character code?
If so, is there only a single entry in the list of key codes when you display it using a Nanocom?
In other words, are the two originally supplied key fobs indistinguishable to the vehicle's BCU?
If not, was the original purchaser of the new vehicle given two paper key-fob codes tags ('cos I've only got one).
See attached example (PDF).
Is it possible that the second bar-code and the row of characters beneath it applies to the second key as originally supplied?
If so, which part of that character string constitutes the 6-character identity code for the second Fob?
Cheers, Andrew Milne
No each key has a different code. To my knowledge the codes weren’t supplied with the vehicle new.
That long bar code contains the shorter code that you use to pair the key up. As per your photo use the first 6 characters at the start of the code after the initial letter.
Cheers
Steve
Provided that the fob is a genuine one not some scam cos i've seen cheap ones sold with long bar code, without code inside and the 6 characters from the long code were useless, so was the long code too. A good one has both codes and the short one from inside matches the long one as you described

Hi Sierra,
I have a new Remote Fob on the way, and will certainly check for the paper sticker inside, with the 6-character code.
In the meantime, I have a question about Nanocom key programming.
Have watched the YouTube video that you have frequently sent a link to, in the past.
In the Nanocom screen that shows a list of currently registered keys for the vehicle (see attached PNG image), there is a line labelled "Susp" at the bottom of the screen.
What does this represent, and where does its code come from?
Regards,
Andrew
