All injector balances are within one of eachother
No oil in injector loom
New crank damper drivebelt and tensioner
Engine mounts checked ok
Have no idea what it is, the sound is louder on the drivers side

did you check the other pulleys and alternator bearings when you did the crank pulley? difficult to tell through audio but if I'm hearing something unusual it sounds like a rotational noise
Yep i see your problem. Your only running on 5 cylinders mate. Get those other 3 checked out.
Honestly though i thought it sounded pretty normal though i am FAR FROM AN EXPERT on TD5s.
Its making a loud tapping noise

Did you ask the brains trust on here about the type of oil you are using? And if that would/could cause these symptoms?

Just turn the radio up. It's a TD5 , you'll drive yourself mad chasing engine noises. Apart from that, check your exhaust manifold for leaks.
