10.3 for my td5 with 32's , but 0-100 times are not the primary reason for modification ,although fun ...... a more beneficial and relevant reason is 80 - 120 times ( 6.8 seconds )
one relatively simple thing to check is the small black rubber hose coming from a small hosetail on the metal pipe section between turbo out and the intercooler (hidden below power steering pump) and is connected to the wastegate controller. It's hard to see normally but just slide your hand down the metal section and you will feel it. The rubber tends to perish over time and then splits causing the wastegate controller to not work correctly and as a consequence there is a lack of performance. Simply replace with new length of rubber hose and performance is restored.
Not saying that this is your problem though. Anyone with a TD5 ... this is worth checking.

Okay, I bought a 95 Disco AUTO with 300TDi motor many moons back when I was planning on doing a fairly extensive outback trip. Had wanted a manual diesel but oh so hard to acquire and ended up with the auto. 11 years of driving it I rarely regretted having an auto as this was my daily drive as well and so much time spent in slow moving traffic. I digress a bit.
First serious bit of 4wd was finding a campsite off the Strzelecki Track at Strzelecki Crossing. First time in low range, gutless as a blowfly in a gale. And then it picked up and did its job extremely well.
It wasn't until several months later during a 4wd Training Course that I learnt to use my left foot on the brake while revving the vehicle before take-off during "stall-starts" on hills.
After a few attempts at Trials where the Disco stopped and so ended my "run" through the gates, I listened to someone mentioning the acceleration lag affecting the autos during Trials.
I tried the next run not taking my foot off the accelerator, only using the brake to adjust my speed (sometimes very low in low-range) but found I had no acceleration lag when I took my foot off the brake. I later experimented with this technique on the road at traffic lights and found that there was no lag.
Just something to consider. If not, how about getting the injectors done and maybe getting it re-chipped.
