I had to change my injector codes with the Nanocom when I lost the piece of paper they were written on. I think there was only one injector went back in the same hole.
Search google how it’s done I can’t remember, all the numbers and positions come up on the Nanocom when you find them.

    So injector codes were good.

Jeez I hope these new engine mounts work.

After that I’m changing the flex coupling on the exhaust.

    After that not sure..

Haha, waaaay to thirsty for me!

4bd1t and m57 are the two preferred engines, with the isuzu no 1

This will do for now though

So, to anyone that finds this thread looking for answers on their own disco...

I changed the engine mounts using some posts from on here somewhere (pretty easy to find, just search change engine mounts td5, theres's 2 good threads, I used a combo of both. Jacked on each side of the sump with an off cut of 90x 45 pine stud between jack and edge of sump). Not sure why everyone else had trouble getting the mounts in, that was by far the easiest part. Spent a good few hours trying to undo the nuts on the engine mounts tho (1ish M breaker bar and lots of swear words!!)

Maybe what helped me was the fact that I undid the trans mounts, I lifted the engine pretty much to the fire wall. On that note, check your intercooler hoses haven't come loose once your done (the drivers side one at the radiator came loose for me... wondered what that new hissing noise was!

I bought Genuine, their has been a reduction in vibration, it's quite bearable now but it has not stopped completely. I am going to try put some 3mm nolothane shim washers in between mount and chassis and leave it at that
