I thought EGTs over 700 was bad ? 850 ... wow thats hot. I dont have egt readout, so mine may be too high also ... (thats one of many things on my todo list) ...
This reading is from just before the turbo, for your reference. Some people put them after the turbo and get a slightly cooler reading.

About 4-5 yrs. The engine has not changed since then E.G intercooler etc. Actually the only difference is the improved gearing with the 3.8 ratio.

This is not a bad idea, I've been thinking of how to create more negative pressure in the engine bay to increase the flow rate. This may work. Thank you.
