    your car hasnt gone into limp mode?.. no power, one gear, lights. all this happens in limp mode.. just a thought, hope its solved quickly

    As suggested in a previous post the direct way to the fix is to retrieve the fault code stored in the transmission ECU cos there can be 18 reasons for the flashing M+S with limp mode... the worrying thing is the flashing D which can be the sign of a BCU missbehaviour then the problem becomes more complicated... if you want to go deeper in it download this PDF Host
