Lol, I'm too old for drone. [emoji6] Me likes hearing the turbo whistle while it works. [emoji41]

When I got my D2a Phil was running a hot dog in the cat converter location and another in the tailpipe. Horribly drone noisy for backseat passengers - they struggled to hear a conversation with the front seat passengers. Fitted a 2.5" Lukey straight through muffler in the centre and it brought the noise right down.
The bellows type ones fitted to the latter Disco's are shockers, the braided types are fine.
I'll measure up the bellows internals when it's removed, maybe even tomorrow.
Also note that the standard pipe necks down on entry into the cat, muffler and resonator.
Not biggies, but it ads up
Oh, one other thing.
The aftermarket decat pipes are only 60mm diamater, not 2.5" (63.5mm) as the stock system is.
It all adds up.
So with the allispot manifold, is the longer running design better for turbo lag and power? Compared to the stock manifold
So you guys think the performance gain that allispot says isn't accurate with the manifold design?
