Knew I'd miss someone, but that's why the etc as there is a few others I missed as well

When I bought my D2a it didn't have a rear wiper fitted so I fitted a new Genuine wiper arm and blade I got from Whyatts in Geraldton, 4 years later the rear wiper is still working perfectly despite all the mud and crap it has had to scrape off the rear screen

I have replaced the, I think genuine rear blade with a genuine rear blade. No difference. Looking at the whole rear wiper assembly, it sort of looks as if the mounting point of the arm is too close to the door. Maybe if I I can move the arm out a few mm it might go better.

Sounds like a weird issue, but if you can post a couple of photos of the arm and try to capture the angle it sits at.
I have easy access to my part D2 and I can show you the possible difference of the bend in the arm.

The blade(metal part of) should have enough flexibility in it to follow the contour of the window.
Can't imagine your window having bowed (basically at all!) .. enough to have caused the blade and insert to not flex enough.
Window would be popping out of it's seal

Here are two photos, shwing the gap and addly the arm rubbing in the window seal. So maybe the arm is buggered. Would hesating it up and bending it do any good? Or do I just get a new arm?

That arm doesn't look right to me for some reason. I'll check mine later and see.

Looks like I need A new arm. Genuine $43 non genuine $40.

Or maybe the mount on the door is the problem.
