    Agree with Sierrafery.
One wild one. have you removed the fuel pump and checked the gauze filter? If the injector washers have been leaking for a long time it can be gunked up with black ooze. Also could be faulty FPR with low pressure.

Thanks for the help everyone. Karcraft is sending an aftermarket MAP which was only $60 so worth a shot. It could barely make it up steep hills with the MAP disconnected this morning.

If the MAP isn't the solution, will then investigate the fuel pressure side of things.

If you could post another log when you have the MAP sensor fitted that will help,

As I mentioned before though, a faulty MAP sensor will not stop it revving over 3k , that is a separate issue

My MAF caused a drop out at about 3800 on full throttle, as it was reading over and sent the ECU to zero when over the limit.
But mine is an EU3 and as far as I could read your CSV that didn't seem to happen.

The MAF in a 10p engine is only used for EGR valve modulation. I think I recall that when I had a bad MAF I was getting quite a few EGR stuck open or EGR stuck closed errors - I can't recall which though. A new MAF did get rid of them.

My Dad's had these exact symptoms in the UK years ago and it was a collapsed exhaust close to the engine.
BAS took the exhaust apart and made it a straight through as I recall.

..... half correct, the Auto Transmission CPU also uses MAF data.

Perhaps undo the bolts connecting the muffler to the front pipe. There is no catalyst on an EU2 AFAIR.
Costs nothing except , time, flakes in eyes , and cussing.

Oops. My bad. I keep forgetting about that probably because I have a manual.

How? cos it's not part of the CAN data on Td5 only partially for V8 petrol, the IAT is important for the autobox and that's delivered by the MAP(IAT) sensor
