    Auto ECU in a manual?

Can I put an auto ecu in a manual? I can change settings vis nanocom if needed. Like the injector codes.

    Thanks

Before I had a Land Rover I did not have any torque wrenches. Now I have three.

*If you are talking a NNN ecu then yes.
*Once its sync to the bcu and the disco is up and running, then upload a standard manual map to it.
*Which you can easily do if you have a Nanocom.

The one I am looking at came out of an automatic. It has a td5 Inside map. No good for the manual?

Not good, for the engine to run it needs a fuel map for manual and even then is not 100% OK without an invasive intervention cos it misses the internal link for the clutch switch input... for more detailed info read the whole thread: D2 TD5 ECU - same ECU for automatic and manual vehicles?
