    What diff oil to use...

Newb question. I have 4:11 Ashcroft diffs with Arb air lockers. What grade and specs diff oil is best?

    Still use the recommended 75W/90

It's not a hyoid diff either, but the hyoid diff oil probably has better sheer strength than something that isn't specced for hypoid.

That surprises me as the ARB isnt in any way like an LSD with clutchpacks etc.

    From ARB:

    https://www.arb.com.au/site/wp-conte..._Manual_11.pdf

ARB Air Locker differentials are constructed entirely from premium grade materials that meet or exceed automotive (SAE) and most military (MIL) and aerospace standards for resistance to commercially available lubricant grades and additives. As such, Air Lockers have no special requirements for lubricants above those which would be recommended according to the climate you live in and the nature of how you use your vehicle,
