I recall Penrith etc & me asking you about a WW2 Emergency airfield on top of the ranges there & Beam Wireless was another subject we discussed your Dad (another old school Fridgie) was still alive then & you were going to ask him. I am still waiting for a reply.

That's ok, he's been gone but not forgotten what 6-7 years now? my Pharmacist BiL (who is apparently in the Tweed Hospital as we speak with Dementia, after going arse up at home up the hill at Terranora on the Tumbulgum Rd) reckons Red Plonk is good for thee. He may have been ****ed when he said that a few years ago but he wasn't suffering from Dementia then, so I'd believe his ****ed opinion rather than his Dementia one. Then again..................................... Maybe too much red plonk gave him his Dementia?

Well it seems the Mag. first appeared

First issue date: July 1987

But it was later that we "met" online. At a very rough guess it could be 20 years. Christ, some marriages don't last that long these days. And we are still speaking to each other.


Also, about the time of the Equine Influenza when you were all concerned about yours.. Google tells me it was around August 2007. CRIPES!
