    Done! I have them fully working and independent from power. Thanks for anyone putting time into this topic. I will wrap up and write a full documentation for this funny thing, and will provide 2 diagrams for anyone in the future who want to either runs it independent power like me, or hook it up to the factory car key (without factory wiring loom like me).

    It's a long thread with too many pictures for a such easy thing... if you want the seats to be powered with ignition off all you have to do is to get to one of those brown connectors under the seats shown in post 7 no matter which side and splice with a grounded wire into the thinner orange/purple wire from the middle pin, that's all.
