Here is a picture of the inside of the ECU.

Nice and clean. This is not the first time the ECU has been opened, judging by the marks on the lid and the gray sealant smeared on top of the plugs. It now has nice clear sealant.
I tried the F10 voltage came up with nothing. With the fuse out, and the engine running the pump draws 7.36V
I'll have another look a bit later.
With the volt meter set on 200mv the reading jumps around 00.20 to 00.30 I do not know what this means!! Time to buy a mV meter.
