I got them from Ritter Australia in Burwood.
Dear LR enthusiasts and whoever else might be browsing here,
I am the proud owner of a 2002 LR Discovery II Td5 and I need a full set of new ball-joint boots.
Does anyone know the vital dimensions so I can order them from Energy Suspension or whoever is the best supplier?
Any feedback greatly appreciated.

Fit Polyboots and you won't be replacing them again.

When you say ball joints do you actually mean the main ball joints? I ask as it's a bit of a job just to get to the point of accessing them to replace the boots - at that point I'd take the extra step of pressing out the old and pressing in new (which will include new boots). If you are talking about these, and are intent on not replacing them in full, then search and you should find where I recorded the part number for a replacement boot available from Repco Auto Parts - if nothing else it will provide you with the size specs required to fit that you can then use to match to a Polyboot as per Discofenders recommendation above.
If just talking about the rod ends then not a biggie to access.
I bought some new HD boots from the USA several years ago.
However hard I tried and broke one splitter and one spanner, I could not separate the bottom ball joint without damaging it.( ie just to remove the upright to change the boots)
I define damaging it as using a pickle fork, as this actually puts a great deal of force on the ball joint.
I have 2 new ZF balljoints on the shelf, ready for use , and have now bought a large pickle fork.
I made new boots out of some tube rubber and garden ties and grease them regularly with a syringe and at 215KK the ball joints are still tight.
I have yet to buy a press set.
One of my friends contracted to do the balljoints on a car and broke 2 press sets doing it.
it is not an easy job and may lead you to drink.
I saw a good clue on a Youtube channel "south Maine Repairs "where he used an air hammer called "ol nasty" to remove similar ball joints in a Chev pickup. Maybe I will get one.

PS maybe I will pay someone else to do it as I am getting old now. I don't need the aggro, but I was quoted $700 including ball joints but I already have them at considerable cost. What to do!
Yes, when I did mine I had considerable issues separating them (I've previously done ball joints in a variety of Ford, Nissan and Hyundai vehicles) but I was schooled by some members on here on the correct process and just as they said they would they popped and separated...
