    Oil change time.

    What size is the sump plug washer on a Td5?
    If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

    ID = 16mm(thread size M16)
    OD = 22mm(can be a bit bigger, but not too much, maybe 24mm max!)
    thickness about 1.5-2.0mm
    Arthur.

    Same size as the spare I have here if you want to pick it up.

    Was - 2008 D3 SE 4.0l V6
    Was - 2000 D2 TD5 with much fruit.

    Its recessed, so the OD is important, I just measured a washer and it was OD 24mm. I haven't measured the sump, but I wouldn't want a washer any bigger.

    (I know an EZ drain plug will not fit and its 27mm - EZ-108 16mm-1.5 Oil Drain Valve

    Problem on a D2 is that by the time you’ve dragged all that out, set it up, got a container etc...

    The Stahlbus is already draining, the filter change is underway and you’re nearly ready to fill with new oil Oil change time.
