    Sunland dash mats for D2

The demister vent panel where the dash top meets the lower windshield is becoming brittle from UV exposure and sections are breaking off - it’s too late - the damage is done but I thought that a dash mat would still serve to hide the JB weld repairs I am going to do and also stop the annoying “creaking” when the sun gets on it and it heats up.
Who has the D2 dash mat made by Sunland - does it cover all the dash back to the glass and with holes in the mat where it covers the vents or are the demister vents still uncovered?

Yep, I've got one. They go all the way to the screen but are very thin. Mine's held up for 2 or 3 years with no indication its about to die. Make sure you don't end up with the nonairbag D1 mat, it's cut out on the passenger side.
I keep mine in place with zip ties through the demister vent.

    Yep.

Not sure what one I have but it has survived multiple NT seasons and now 3.5 years down south.

No, the cutout one is for non-airbag D1, the ones with the Oh Jesus bar in place of the airbag.

I took cutout as in a separate piece that won't hinder the airbag deployment

Apologies for the ping but I am chasing a dash mat for my 1999 Disco 2 and it appears Sunland only provide ones for Disco 1s or Disco 2s from 2002 onwards. Anyone know which one would fit a 1999 Disco 2? Did the dash even change? Thanks in advance.

I think all D2s are the same.
