    Beeping?

My car has a warning beep coming from the dash area. There are no warning lights onand its not the same warning chimes as when the centre diff is locked or unlocked. Can anyone offer enlightenment please?

What Paul said; left you lights on is my fave. Or, did you use HDC on that driveway you got the Ford stuck on?

I'm a bit like you John, somewhat mutton Jeff in the industrial range, I can't hear it. I can hear the lights on, suspension, and centre diff alarms but I've had two passengers now comment on the constant beeping.
I have no warning lights on. The only thing I can think of, is the clock hasn't been reset since the battery was disconnected. I seriously doubt that has an alarm attached to it.

OK, is your audio system std? Serious now, Ian. Could something be bluetoothing? I ask because, like you I have auditory issues, but when my D2 is trying to tell me something I hear it, so it seems likely to be something non factory. D2 Chimes are usually loud.
I sat here a few days ago wondering who was spending so long in reverse, only to find the cordless phone was off the hook, so to speak.
Oh yeah, my clock was disconnected for years. It's so grateful to be needed again it hasn't so much as squeaked.

It's more likely to be an Elvis Presley/Buddy Holly greatest hits compilation on continuous loop.
