    still struggling up hills

ok so Ive adjusted the wastegate actuator rod took a few trips but I got it back to how it felt before runs smooth on flat roads but still struggles up hills. I know I shouldnt but on some hills I use to be able to pull up easily in 5th. Now I'm down to 4th some times 3rd and its struggling.

I know I am over due for a service but Im kinda wondering if I'm better off looking at the MAF sensor or the wastegate control valve.

I got have new intercooler pipes coming and have a serck intercooler but I think it all kicked off with dirty fuel and it seems to be getting better but still not 100%

Have you removed the fuel pump and had a look at the filter screen. If the injector washers are left leaking the screen can get blocked up with gunk , similarly with dirty fuel .

Also have you replaced the fuel filter?

Is the FPR regulating to 40Psi ? Have you changed the regulator recently?

    Regards PhilipA

done have a nanocom so wouldnt be able to see if the regulator is running at 40 PSI.

havent recently replaced fuel pressure regulator.

Fuel filter hasnt been done as I was worried it was more issues, oil cooler line has a small leak, coolant line leaking.

there is diesel leaking at the back.... have got it booked in at davis performance on the 17th

been trying to hold off until then, might just suck it up till then.

was hoping it wasn't an injector but it seems to be running fine other than the going up hills it was sputtering a bit if I accerated quickly but even that has gone after I got the wastegate moving more freely

Unfortunately there is no fuel pressure measured by the ECM (there is only a fuel temperature sensor) so nothing for the nano to show except fuel temperature.

I removed the fuel temperature sensor from the fuel regulator block and screwed gauge in its place for a quick check.
