    Fuel Pump Repair

    Thoughts on one of these.

Would this be as good as the genuine LR pump as it is the same brand?

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."

Yes. It is what I used last October. A cheaper option than the entire pump. A bit tricky but very doable.

So do you think this would this be as good as a genuine pump?

Yes, it is a VDO pump. The entire unit is made by VDO. Compare the cost to the cheap ones. The entire unit is less than the cost of this VDO pump.
