Leaking Windscreen. Drippin off rear view mirror.

I have seen the recall on the leak by the A pillar. I have a leak that drips down the rear view mirror. Is this fixed by peeling back the rubber seal and sikaflex?
The headlining feels slightly damp on the LHS. The car is parked on a LH slope overnight.

Before I had a Land Rover I did not have any torque wrenches. Now I have three.

The top windscreen sealing strip shrinks back at the corners creating an opening and water runoff from the gutter runs in there. Sikaflex auto body sealer fixes the problem.
