SLS and ORM on full time

Hi all,
I have had my sls disabled for the last few months with some inline schrader valves and blocks I had made at pirtek due to a faulty sensor, sensor wiring and COVID.
I have just replaced my sensors and rear airbags and the faulty wiring, and added the 2” spacers and sensor extenders from LRA to enact a 2” lift.
I pre inflated the bags, opened the lines up to the compressor and changed the ecu back To air suspension with the Hawkeye.
As soon as I start the car the SLS and ORM light comes on and stays on with or without the switch connected. With my reading I have done it seems that it could a short to ground in the loom or in the ECU itself. Would I be on the right path here - no codes logged in the abs module on the Hawkeye.

The system needs calibration, you can do it with hawkeye total or classic if it has v.6 upgrade, use two jacks one each side to support the body at the correct level then when hawkeye asks if calibration blocks are fitted prompt yes and follow the steps(the jacks are instead of calibration blocks as to be able to store the target heights, unless you want to buy or make blocks yourself... doesnt worth the hassle Discovery 2 Air Suspension Calibration Block - LRT-64-003 i did it many times with jacks, if you find a perfectly flat ground you can use only one jack to the tow bar, important is that the body to be horizontal with same distances from ground to the wheel arches all around when you store the values even if they are not 100% the same on the live readings

Probably the most accurate level ground will be a transport inspection pad. They have calibrated concrete pads for weighing heavy vehicles.

Thanks guys for the responses, I have had a bit of a look through the Hawkeye and cannot find the calibration bit, I can adjust the left and right air bag heights ok . Is there a manual online available somewhere? I seem to find my search skills a bit Remis of late

Set the heights to 160 and refine from there.

So you can calibrate the heights to be a bit higher?

Ahhhh that be the issue, mine is only Version 5, because of it enabling ORM Permanently, I have it currently set at about 25 mm lower than the front, I measured ground to bottom of guard at the front at about 900, so set it with the Schrader valves I purchased when it first misbehaved to about 875. Seems to feel ok like that. Appreciate the advice and once it is dry in Syd again I’ll have a go at it again
