The oversize ones are just under .5 mm larger, it's all metric, just read the bore size in the specs .

1/20,000" is a standard rebore increment.
Or 20/1000”, maybe?
The standard bore is 84.45mm. So the Nural pistons to suit a 84.95 bore or +0.5mm (87-140007-00) and the KS pistons to suit a 84.942 bore or +0.492mm (99418610) are the oversize parts.
I have found them online commonly referred to as +50 oversize.
0.5mm is equal to 19.68503937 (mil , thou) and 0.0197 of an inch so yes you would be correct on the basis of rounding up.
I ended up buying the KS +50 pistons from Turners Engineering as they had stock and an apparently good price. I spoke with the Australian importer and they mentioned that KolbenSchmidt in Germany were out of stock till the end of the month (March 22).
