    Engine mounts

Hello have an engine mount question. Do the cheapy aftermarket td5 engine mounts perish quite early? Replaced mine 2 years ago, could only get cheap ones at the time. Got a couple familiar signs with it rough as starts and especially shuts down as well as a weird noise I remember last time.
If I need to replace again, genuine it will be Engine mounts

The cheap ones do have a reputation for letting go pretty early, and genuine are pretty expensive, but probably the best option.

Thankyou, I thought so. I'd been wondering what the noise could be, then with how it shakes shutting it down, I thought hmmm I've been here before Engine mounts

Definitely Genuine. Did mine about 6 months ago.
    Dave.

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."
