It's standard 10p with msb ecu, I installed a nnn ecu on the 10p and it worked with the 5 throttle pumps

That's unusual, do you know what version the MSB is? And what variant and fuel tune is on it, if you do I'll have a look back here to see if I can suss it. It's a long time since I've used an MSB in anger, and can't remember .... so maybe they don't do it?? Although I thought they all did.
Hopefully the mechanic that you had is switched on. Could be camshaft timing. It will never start if it's out. You will need to take the fan off and turn the engine until it's at top dead centre. This will be when the slot, not a hole, is centred on the bellhousing. ( Remove plug on the RHS of the bellhousing) Remove the tappet cover and there should be visible the hole on the cam. If not it's another turn as it's on the wrong stroke. ( Only two possible turns needed. The hole should be dead centre of the alignment hole. A workshop manual explains it better. I agree with previous posts about fuel and battery but if that's not helping then I would check this.
If anyone knows the OP get him to read his pms as I have PMd him that I am at Byron Bay until tomorrow with my Nanocom.
