I also found a very old post of mine where I ran a test with both the MAF and MAP disconnected, and this resulted in very little power above 60kph. This did bring up an Air Inlet High temp error as well (as the IAT defaulted to 120degC).

The IAT should be very close to the outside temp on cold start then up to max 30*C higher depending on some conditions. If that's OK the question is: do you still have EGR?, if not it can be low fuel pressure, here's an easy trick Disco 2 - Check Td5 fuel pump HP | LandyZone - Land Rover Forum

also what about the ECU red plug, is it clear of oil?
Here is the file you requested, not sure it record the whole drive as i managed to get up to 80km/h by easing it up there very slowly. I also managed to get it to rev to 4k but car went never increased in speed

Photo is when i got home and just idling in the driveway

OK, based on that file your engine has almost no boost and the air flow is too low provided the MAF is reading well but being Eu2 it's mostly for EGR not fuelling, though it's a clear sign of power issues...i'm asking again, do you still have EGR? eventually read again my first reply please and answer accordingly to the whole thing. You can't expect much from a so powerless engine, how is your air filter?

The injector harness was replaced not long ago i checked it again today and it looks fine. Egr is still in, was going to remove it one day just never bothered. Fuel pressure regulator was replaced by the previous owners mechanic who is is/was a bit of a landy nut. The air filter I checked and cleaned after my last camping trip a few weeks back, and it was pretty clean just a little dusty.

This is only a recent problem, before this car pulled fine and had heap of power, this power at the moment is way lower than normal. It feels to me like a slipping clutch in a manual car like its not getting the power through the drive train, but that could because its in a limp mode or what not.

Also while i was driving i did notice the boost on the turbo never went above 0.5 no matter the load, not sure what its meant to be but seemed low.

So you still have to measure some mV to rule out the pump IMO ...or did you miss that part?

    no boost(or not much).
So check hoses, and if you have access to a compressor, try to blow some air into the actuator for the wastegate to be sure it's not leaking, and/or the wastegate itself could be sticking(not uncommon).

You can move the wastegate lever by hand, using say long pliers or a medium large shift spanner or something.

I did what you said in that guide but i cannot get an accurate reading at all. Any number it has just drops down to zero, I did it across the top of the fuse, so not sure what i am doing wrong but all the fuses i checked just to make sure did the same thing.

Yes, it's OK across the pins on top of the fuse... did you set the multimeter to mV DC?

yes multi was set to dc and mV, i retested and a few other fuses seemed to show some volts, abs was one, and indicators fuse show volts when i turn them on. So i am guessing maybe it is the pump thats dead or dying
