Noise from drivers side of dashboard

    Hi folks
I wonder if there is anyone who has experienced an odd noise emitting from the drivers side (RHS) dash most seemingly from the instrument cluster. It sounds like a rattle or similar to loose wire connection at a speak and occurs when the vehicle is at speed, 80 to 100 kmh. Could be an issue with the speedometer, got know idea at this point and will start pulling the thing to pieces shortly to investigate. Just wondered if anyone else had experienced this. Thanks for any help.
    Cheers

Maybe the little fan that samples air temperature has filled with fluff.
it is next the RH of the steering column and you can pull the grille off and clean out the stuff.

It may be the little fan that pulls in air over a temp sensor for the climate control. Located near the key...behind the fins. They can make some funny noises when the shaft/bearing gets dry and worn. Cheers
