Thanks, that's next on my list to do. I brought it home on the trailer yesterday and had a brief 300m test run up to 3rd gear, which went well.

Only hours beforehand, the vehicle was lethargic and did not want to change gears, slipping in first, and struggled to get on the trailer. On the test run later, it went well up an incline much steeper than the trailer ramps. I suspect dirty / low oil.

My 99 D2 enjoyed the auto fluid change, and I'm sure this will be no exception.

I have been following your transmission remap with interest, sounds like the IC on the board has to be flashed with a proper EEPROM programmer, hopefully it's a clip-on affair and not a re-solder job. I might poke around a spare TCU I have just for giggles.
