    Air compressor regulator died

The regulator stopped working on the air suspension , tried to fix it but zip . Went to my 4x4 guy he said pipe them to the back with valves ,and it works fine . Had the high air sound for the first few ks. Found 47lb just right. The high air light is on that’s not a problem as the other 3 are on ..Has anyone else done this ? And what are the problem if any, haven’t had a low air bag since ,very happy .. stay safe …Bob

Yes not sure what the regulator is - the part of the system that "regulates" everything is the central valve block as its function is to control the flow of air from the compressor into the tank, to the front valve block, the rear valve block and to exhaust air back out the compressor when required.

You need to describe the part you are having problems with.

    Cheers

Hi Gary , ok the compressor died ,fitted a new one all went well for 6 plus months then it bottomed out “lucky I have air bags that have a rubber ball at the bottom so it won’t go all the way down” ordered the air valves from SA fitted them ,didn’t make any difference . So hence the 2 valves at the back and air lines to each bag , haven’t had a problem to date.. have no idea what the problem is .or was .. the high air bag light is on .. And 27 lb I think and I get a bing bing over each bump , can wear that …stay safe . Cheers Bob

Do you mean that the Aircompressor stopped working, then you just fitted some valves to the lines and pumped them up with another compressor.
