    Cdl lights

Hi all I have a 2002 d2 but has nnn ecu and 16p motor (late 2002) as such was delivered with No cdl and no internals, I have since added a 2003 cdl and shifter however one thing I noticed was that the wiring harness didn’t match up. Most items did but I wanted to have the factory set up and have the cdl dash lights working and the plugs were there with the lt-230 that I got however the factory loom seemed to have one set taped off but the other had a male plug but the transfer case had a male plug also- so before a go chasing my tail- any wisdom about what to do here

Hi, i dont really understand what you describe but if the TB you fitted has the wired CDL switch in it(IGM500011, the one with the two pin connector) you might need a YMQ105170 addaptor or cut and join the wires, anyway you must find a matching female connector for new type switch or two spade female connectors for the old type switch(one black the other black/blue wire, the adaptor is for these). The black/blue wire is the one to the warning lamp in all cases so if you connect it to earth the warning must come on so that's how you can identify the correct circuit.
