Td5 injector washer/seal replacement tutorial?

Hi All,
Haven't been on here for a while. I suspect my MY03 Td5 may be needing replacement injector washers/seals, as starting is no longer instant and the after-start idle is sometimes rough for a while.
I searched and found plenty of posts about people doing this job but haven't found a good description of how to go about it. Can anyone point me to a good description of the job, parts needed and any special tools needed to be bought or made please?
Also, after the sad loss of Mario last year, is there another 'AULRO preferred' parts supplier these days?

One of these used a dissasembled adjustabke plier to remove the injector.
As for a "prefered parts supplier" I have not found a single place to suit. It is a matter of searching for the parts and comparing the prices.
I have found british4wd land rover parts hobart to be quite good. Yet I bought Dobinson springs from SCA!

Hi guys,
Thanks for the links and suggestions. The 'Discovery2.co.uk' article is exactly what i was hoping for, Sierrafery. Lots of photos, clear descriptions, and I can print it and have it with me in the shed.
As well as the cam cover gasket, are there any other gaskets, seals etc. I should replace while doing this job? I have a new injector loom to go in and will be getting genuine seals & washers. Should I also replace the oil-impregnated 'cylinder head to red plug' loom too?
Anyway, thanks again for your help.

I wouldn't change the head to ECU loom. If you fix the problem the oil will eventually drain out of the wires.

Just do regular check of plug at ECU and if oil present, spray with brake clean.

Do this once a month until there is no more oil.

That's part of the main engine harness you can't replace just that alone only if you replace the whole harness with new one which is a good move on such old vehicle if you can afford even though it's quite expensive. I preventively replaced mine few years ago and the engine ran much better after that cos i presume that all the connections for the EMS are getting weak in time and the sensor's signals are more accurate when the connectors and wiring joints are new.
