I've tested the injectors with the nanocom, each one gives the clock to say its on speaking terms with the ecu, would a bent pin allow that but still cause a problem?

For a treat of the voltage draw on the fuel pump, it seems 13mv is low pressure and 23mv is high pressure pumping.
Mine was only pulling 19mv, so I it looks like it might be the fuel pump not putting out high pressure, which would exclaim why I can hear it but its not running.
I'm also unsure if the pressure dropping might have caused the issue with the injector in the first place, maybe I'm putting effect before cause?

If the injectors are clicking on test it's not a connector issue. Measure voltage on the battery while you crank it, if it drops below 10.5V it spins well but will not start as there's not enough power left fr the ECU to manage the injectors

Thanks, sf. I knew about the batt thing, but not the voltage.

If it's manual try to bump start it without cranking and if it starts means that the starter disturbs the crank signal... eventually start it with spray as it will explode in the cylinders without any ECU involvment then when the alternator kicks in maybe it keeps running

Unfortunately it's an auto, so bump starting is not an option.

But jump starting is. Try that, and as sf says, try a little spray to see.

Don't want to scare You, but have You checked the engine oil for diesel contamination?

My TD5 had some random no starting issues (and others), and after all searching the head was cracked on the injector #1 pocket.
Plenty of diesel in the oil.
And I really mean plenty, after draining well over 10 liters out the oil pan.

Right now the head is at a shop and they have started welding it up yesterday.
Hopefully next week I'll have the head back home and will take pics and post on my TD5 instagram @discobogeyman

Checked the oil level, the level is fine, with no sign of any contamination.
