Dave is your rear suspension setup as standard?
What are your shock part numbers?
I have the same air springs and standard height Konis on the rear and they top out before the air spring is anywhere near its limit.
Can you jack up your car by the chassis and take a pic of the fully dropped axle and extended air spring?

Pic with car lifted on chassis. It has a 2 inch lift with Bilsteins to match.
Car off hoist at the moment so I can't check right now for part numbers on shocks.
I am heading down to Melb shortly for the grand final, so if the numbers are important I will look when I get home.
I can also take more pics if you think this will help.

Very similar to the Bilstein shocks with Bilstein air-springs on the rear of my L322 whereby both air-springs exploded when very new because Bilstein didn't lengthen the air-springs for the later L322s when they lengthened the shocks as per LR specs. Other L322 owners have had the same issue, usually when away on trips whereas fortunately mine blew close to home.
Then the problem is that the shocks are too long for the air springs and on full extension the air springs get stretched?
