    Td5 tune info

Howdy folks my dad just bought another disco 2, manual one with loads of kms, looks like it's been looked after (even has a beautiful roof lining)
From Mt Gambier if old owner here.
I just plugged my nanocom into it, 1999 D2 td5.
Is anyone knowledgeable on this tune? As in where its from perhaps. It goes awesome Td5 tune info
Also is it possible to copy this file from the car to put in another disco?
    Thankyou

As far as the info on the nanocom goes, that's a stock tune.

But those numbers and letters don't tell you if the tune itself has been adjusted.

As to whether it can be put on another car, yes it possibly can, but it would require a new chip being programmed and installing.

Being from 1999 if it has the factory fitted MSB ECU you can't copy or write that "file" with nanocom, you have to remove the chip and "duplicate" it with a proper tool for that then fit that chip into the other MSB ECU... you can check if if your's was remapped cos then 99% the chip is fitted in a socket not soldered directly into the pcb, all you have to do is to remove the ECU's cover to see
