Wonder if the same applies to the plenum cover. Not the same seller..... or is it? You'd never know. Don't think I'm going to risk $350.

Thanks for that, I was considering them as a test for the plenum.

    It's a gamble..
Aliexpress does have a good dispute/refund scheme if it's crap.
But, a random quality item with that price.. oh man...

Wish I would have asked for a refund on the a pilar covers, forgot about it and it was too late after a while.

I have an idea. If we get enough people to chip in say $20 to make up the amount.

One of us gets it and if it fits and if looks good that person keeps it and refunds everyone their $20.

If it is crap it costs us $20. I would be prepared to put up $20 to find out, because if it is good, to me it is a big win.

If this was a good product I would buy 2, one for now and one for 20 years later.

Depending on whether or not I last another 20 years, but I love my D2 and it will be my coffin.
    Dave.

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."

Ok, how about $30. Would need 11.6 of us. I reckon 11 would not be hard to find.

Don't know where we would find the .6 though

I'm game, if we can get the numbers up.
If it turns out to be crap, we can always raise a dispute.

I've ordered one(to replace the few remaining shards of plastic that flap about in the 100k/h breeze that annoys the carp out of me).

It'll probably take 6 months to get here, just like anything else I've bought on ali .. but when it gets here, I'll let everyone know.

my reasoning is that 100% carp should still be better than 50% of genuine stuff smashed to tiny bits .. and held together with gaffer tape.
