60k on a clutch in not much theses clutches are pretty good I get about 150k out of a clutch my car has stage 2 tune hybrid turbo large intercooler muffler delete egr delete if you are nice to your clutch it saves you a $3000 repair bill.
I've done a few mods, mild tune, new 2nd hand turbo (low K stock), 2A intercooler, snorkel delete, muffler delete, modulator delete, nothing drastic.
The clutch has done 60k of easy driving but is starting to slip when pushed down low in the rev range. Up high is ok.
the old girl is no rocket ship, just wondering how much torque above standard can stock clutches handle.

60K out of a clutch? Not good at all. Poor quality parts, poor fitment, poor adjustment or poor driving style, or maybe oil on the clutch from an engine leak would be my guess. None of those mods would have overstressed the clutch in a D2 IMO.
I have no reason to doubt your driving, so I'd be ticking box number one. But def check for an oil leak.
